I’m still flying high from my chat with the esteemed Jane Elliott.

She’s the woman who created the Blue Eyes/Brown Eyes exercise (you may remember her “controversial” appearance on Oprah).

We chatted about all things empathy, race and politics. I LOVE her way of communicating.
